The "Future Farmers of America" (National FFA Organization) 3 cent postage stamp (the cost of mailing a first-class letter at the time) was issued by the U.S. Post Office in 1953 to commemorate the organization's 25th anniversary, featuring a young farmer in FFA jacket viewing a farm scene under rolling hills. Designed by R. L. Miller and engraved by A. W. Dintaman, the 3-cent stamp was printed in blue with a total of 115,244,600 copies produced. The stamp symbolized FFA's role in agricultural education and its mission to prepare future generations for agricultural careers. The first stamps were released in Kansa City, MO during the National FFA Convention. These 10 FFA Stamps are archival framed to prevent damage and designed to protect the stamps over the long term.
